05-1Have you inspected the detection of abnormal data and their normality?• Abnormal data include various possible errors in the collection and processing of datasets and outliers that significantly deviate from the general scope of data. Various abnormal data can occur in the collection and processing of training data due to noisy data, bias in training data, incorrect labeling, and omission in labeling data. You cannot ensure the performance and robustness of the AI model if abnormal data are not solved.
• Keep in mind, however, that abnormal data for the AI model used in an anomaly detection system are not data to be removed but used as training data.
• Prepare a separate technique for the identification of abnormal data in data pre-processing when using unstructured data for training.
